Department Goals

Redesign the curriculum for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Programs so that they are in alignment with industry standards.

Partner with industry professionals and organizations to enhance our Culinary and Hospitality brand.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase student enrolment by 25% in the Culinary and Hospitality Programs for Fall 2020.

Create and implement a master training schedule for short courses in Culinary and Hospitality Management to meet workforce needs and generate revenue for the department.

Revitalize all clubs associated with our Culinary and Hospitality Programs to broaden the students’ experience through networking opportunities within the industry both regionally and internationally.
