“I choose CMI because it is not only a credible institution, but it is also available locally to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to become a better strategic leader. The CMI programme teaches about different decision-making tools that can be used effectively in making strategic decisions within organisations. As a manager, the CMI programme allows you to realise the type of management style that would work best for you and your team.
