Operation of Small Café — Paraquita Bay Campus

H. Lavity Stoutt Community College is pleased to announce the award of the contract for the operation of a small café at the Paraquita Bay Campus to The Brew Coffee Shop, following a Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The Brew Coffee Shop achieved the highest overall rating across the evaluation criteria of menu and food selection, experience and track record, quality of past performance, capacity to deliver, and financial capacity, including its experience operating five locations within the territory. The contract was awarded on May 18, 2026.
