Welcome to HLSCC’s Workforce Training Division

The Goal of the Workforce Training Division is:

“To ensure that employees and potential employees are well equipped with relevant skills to perform effectively in the workplace”.

Our programmes, courses and workshops of concentration conform to the areas of:

  • Workforce Development
  • Continuing Education
  • Contract Training
  • Customised Training
  • Credit Education and
  • Non-credit Education

Our programmes, courses and workshops are flexible, cooperative and balanced by nature, and are designed to support the training and development needs of the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean region, by extension.

Certifications offered at the end of our programmes, courses and workshops are either locally based or combined with qualifications from internationally recognised organisations. Such international organisations include:
